Location: Resident in either our Liberty, Ellenville, or Walton, NY offices

The Role

As a Paralegal, you will play a high-impact role in organizing and maintaining client files while ensuring every detail is managed with care. This position requires a self-directed professional who can collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders to deliver seamless legal support.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Real Estate & Estates – Direct involvement in real estate transactions and estate planning and administration matters (2+ years of experience highly preferred).
• Communication – Serving as a clear, thorough, and compassionate point of contact for clients and external partners.
• Coordination – Scheduling closings, court appearances, meetings, and appointments with precision.
• Documentation – Assisting in the drafting, proofreading, and execution of closing documents and other critical legal forms.
