Deana Fritz is a paralegal in the real estate and litigation practice groups at our Liberty, N.Y. offices. After 26 years working at another firm, Deana joined our growing practice in 2022.

Deana assists with all aspects of the firm’s real estate law practice, commercial, residential, and multi-family acquisition and sale transactions, and commercial loan and other real estate financing transactions. She also works with the firm’s litigators assisting with court filings, calendaring and communications.

Jennifer Rourke is a paralegal in the real estate practice at our Liberty, N.Y. offices. After 20 years with us, Jennifer is a tremendous asset to the firm.

Jennifer assists with all aspects of the firm’s real estate law practice, including commercial and residential development projects, commercial, residential, and multi-family acquisition and sale transactions, and commercial loan and other real estate financing transactions. She assists with all aspects of a transaction, including the preparation of purchase agreements and other documents; due diligence review; the review, analysis, and resolution of title and survey issues; and organizing and assisting with transaction closings. Jennifer also has experience in the area of residential and commercial leasing, commercial evictions and related landlord/tenant remedies, statutory and judicial mortgage foreclosures, and receivership matters for distressed real estate. She also coordinates the preparation of real estate conveyance documents.

Nancy is a paralegal, specializing in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, workers’ compensation, and landlord/tenant matters. She joined the firm in 2013.

She works closely with clients through the probate process and assists with all areas of estate planning. She assists our workers’ compensation attorney and provides support to our workers’ compensation clients on a daily basis. She coordinates all aspects of our eviction matters in several jurisdictions, including preparation of notices, coordinating service of process, and arranging court appearances.

Prior to joining the firm, Nancy worked in the insurance industry as a workers’ compensation claims adjuster for over 15 years. An Associate in Claims from the Insurance Institute of America, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta.

When you call or stop by our office, you are likely to be greeted by Renee. She also assists the attorneys in business law matters, corporate formations, landlord tenant matters and general office administration. Renee joined the firm in 2022.
