Mr. Spector has served as primary litigation counsel to both Rourke Law and Rourke Collier Law since 2021. Although he has deep roots in the Sullivan County Catskills, Neil spent the first 26 years of his career at a respected Westchester County, NY firm prior to joining us. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan (BA, 1990) and earned his juris doctorate from Bridgeport School of Law at Quinnipiac College in 1993. Mr. Spector’s civil litigation experience spans over 29 years and includes representation in both state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the U.S. Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Neil is an efficient litigator who provides his clients with a practical and realistic approach to their cases. He is proficient in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials, appeals and enforcement of judgments. He has significant experience in Surrogate’s Court litigation, Matrimonials, corporate dissolution, real estate, contracts and collections and has successfully prosecuted and defended client interests in all of these areas.
Outside of his practice, Neil devotes his time to family and friends.
