The Role: You will play a high-impact role in organizing and maintaining client files, ensuring that every detail is managed with care. This position requires a self-directed professional who can collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders to deliver seamless legal support.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Real Estate & Estates: Direct involvement in real estate transactions and estate planning/administration (2+ years of experience highly preferred).
• Communication: Serving as a clear, thorough and compassionate point of contact for clients and external partners.
• Coordination: Scheduling closings, court appearances, meetings, and appointments with precision.
• Documentation: Assisting in the drafting, proofreading, and execution of closing documents and other critical legal forms.
