Zach is a lifelong member of the Sullivan and Ulster County communities, growing up in Ellenville before moving to Neversink, NY. After graduating from Tri Valley Central as Valedictorian and an OCIAA Scholar Athlete, Zach attended the University of Denver majoring in History and Intersectional Studies with minors in Communication Studies and Psychology. Zach then attended Roger Williams University School of Law in Rhode Island, completing his Juris Doctor degree in 2023. At Roger Williams, Zach had the opportunity to engage in a variety of coursework, ranging from Land Use Planning to Alternative Dispute Resolution. Along the way Zach gained practical legal experience in both the public and private sectors: first interning at the Sullivan County Attorney’s Office, and then interning at Rourke Law under Managing Attorney, Brian P. Rourke.

Following his successful internship at Rourke Law, Zach felt drawn to move back to the Sullivan and Ulster county area to join the firm and serve the legal needs of the community that helped raise him. He is a resident of Neversink and his free time is spent staying active, traveling, and cooking for his family. He is community oriented and plans to continue to volunteer for worthy causes such as the Daniel Pierce Library and others.

Zach is presently employed as an Associate attorney in the firm working in a variety of practice areas including, but not limited to, Real Estate, Wills, Trusts & Estates, Business Law and Municipal Law. He shares his office time between the firm’s Ulster County and Sullivan County, NY offices.
